igneous is the texture of igneous rocks. The texture of igneous rocks is defined by 3 ways:
a) Crystallinity-
it expresses the degree of formation of crystals in an igneous rock. the texture of an igneous rock may be Holocyrstalline (Completely characterised by crystals, Hemicrystalline (partially having crystals) and holocrystalline (no crystals).
b) Granularity-
it is the size of the grains. it may be equigranular (when mineral grains are equal in size) or inequigranular (when mineral grains are not equal in size).
c) shape of crystals-
The shape of crystals may be Euhedral (When all crystals are of same shape), Subhedral (when they are partially similar in shape), Anhedral (when they are completely different in shape).
Igneous rocks can have different textures depending on how they were formed. They can be fine-grained if they cooled quickly, or coarse-grained if they cooled slowly. Other textures include glassy (no visible grains), porphyritic (large crystals in a fine-grained matrix), or vesicular (with voids or bubbles).
The size of crystals in an igneous rock is called texture. Texture can range from fine-grained (small crystals) to coarse-grained (large crystals).
Obsidian is an igneous rock that has a smooth glass-like texture. It is formed when lava cools rapidly without crystal formation, resulting in a glassy texture.
Intrusive igneous rock has a coarse, visible crystalline texture. Intrusive igneous rocks are formed from slow cooling of magma. The additional time spent in a liquid state allows for the creation of larger mineral crystals. An igneous rock with a coarse texture is said to be phaneritic.
And their texture, which can be aphanitic, phaneritic, glassy, or porphyritic. mineral composition and crystal texture
A term that describes an igneous rock texture with crystals that are present but not visible would be aphanitic. This texture indicates that the individual mineral grains are too small to be distinguished with the naked eye.
Phaneritic is the texture of igneous rocks. These types of rocks crystallized slowly.
Crystalline texture.
fined grain texture
The size of the mineral crystals in an igneous rock determines the rock's texture.

Obsidian is an igneous rock with a glassy texture. Its texture is also called hyaline, the Greek word for texture.
