Yes, you can put Kahlua in the freezer. It will not freeze due to its alcohol content, but it may thicken slightly. Just remember that it may take longer to pour when cold.
Añejo means aged in Spanish and that's what it is, aged rum. Theoretically, it should tell you for how long on the label.
