Tia Maria is a rum-based coffee liqueur, while Kahlua is a vodka-based one. Also, the difference in the origins of the coffee beans used in each.
Añejo means aged in Spanish and that's what it is, aged rum. Theoretically, it should tell you for how long on the label.

Even if it says rum. It doesnt meal its "alcoholic" rum. 99% of the food that uses it you put the rum in the sauce while its cooking. Its than lit on fire and the alcohol cooks off. Leaving the flavor of the rum without the alcohol.
