They usually have a lot of stimulants, that push your already tired body into overdrive. They use sugars that are very unhealthy and are toxic and burden your liver. Would you take a tired engine, and feed it nitrous and put a super charger on it? Sure it may work to till something breaks. Most people are tired from poor diet, lack or sleep and rest, not enough fluids, and too much stress, it is good to also get some exercise once in a while to get the blood flowing.
The're very bad for you. Like soda, energy drinks eat away at your stomach. Don't get me wrong, I'm in-love with amp. They say you should never drink more than 7 energy drinks a day (24 hours) because all the sugar that goes into your body can put you into some type of shock. Hope this answers your question .
