You can drink too much of it though, and it makes you overweight, giving the appearance of the penis small compared to your stomach. Surge did lower your sperm count, But not mountain Dew.

Well for every pop (including mountain dew) it makes you have a lot of ENERGY but in the middle of the day it makes you have less ENERGY makes you tired too!
