Charles Alderton was a pharmisist at Morrison's Old Corner Drug Store. Aside from fulfilling his pharmaceutical duties, Alderton enjoyed mixing carbonated soft drinks at the store. Morrison, the store manager was the first one to try the mixer and visitors to the store also began to request the drink. It was created, manufactured and sold in 1885 in Waco, Texas.

Dr pepper
Dr Pepper started out in 1885 with the slogan Phos-Ferrates. I'm pretty sure that's latin, although I haven't had any luck translating it.
It was created some time in the 1880's by a man named Charles Alderton.
Dr Pepper is awesome.
Dr. Pepper is a mixture.
