Yes. There is no prohibition against alcohol consumption in Judaism and consumption is not restricted to special occasions. That being said, not all Alcoholic Beverages are kosher. Also, drunkenness is severely frowned upon (except Purim).
Wines, in particular, need to undergo a process called Mevushal or Boiling which makes the wine of an inferior quality. The purpose is to avoid drinking a wine that may have been consecrated to false gods. If a wine has been exclusively produced by Jews, it may be able to avoid the Mevushal process since Jews would not consecrate the wine to false gods.
