It depends on your Margarita recipe but , assuming that you make your drink form Ice, tequilalime juice and triple-sec, then the only sugar will be from the triple-sec and to find out how much that is you need to look at the bottle.

The amount of liquid that fits into a margarita glasses depends on how big the margarita glass is. Margarita glasses come in a variety of sizes, but most hold between 12 and 20 ounces.
1.75 translates to 59.2 ounces. When I make margaritas, I round up to 60 ounces and divide by 3 for a tequila amount of 20 ounces. I also throw in a little triple sec and lime juice.
Margarita mix typically does not contain caffeine. The primary ingredients in margarita mix are usually lime juice, sweetener, and sometimes orange liqueur. Caffeine is not a common component of traditional margarita mix. However, some specialty or flavored mixes may contain added ingredients that could potentially include caffeine, so it is always best to check the label for specific information.
Triple glazing is much like double glazing, except for the fact that there are three panes of glass. First, you have two panes of glass, separated by a vacuum, and a decanter to remove any water vapour. This is then repeated for a third pane of glass, to reduce heat loss by convection and conduction.
Soda-lime glass is more common and less expensive than borosilicate glass, but it is more prone to thermal expansion and may shatter when exposed to rapid temperature changes. Borosilicate glass is more heat-resistant due to its lower thermal expansion coefficient, making it ideal for laboratory glassware and kitchenware that needs to withstand high temperatures.
A 750 milliliter glass bottle of Perrier Sparkling Water with Lime is $26.65. However, this price may vary depending on where you look.
There are about 10 Calories in half a lime.
On average, a lime weighs about 100 grams.
Cointreau vs Grand Marnier? Both are liquours. Orange flavored liquours. Grand Marnier is about twice as sweet ounce for ounce at Cointreau and so for a margarita the lime juice should be twice as much for the G.M. They both work for a good margarita as long as the tequila is 100% agave plant and either blanco (unaged) or reposado (just a few months.) Never use "gold" -- artificial coloring. Ugh!. Aside: G.M. is made from a base of Cognac, for what that is worth. I recommend trying both in a margarita and finding what you prefer. Try to avoid generic triple sec, since it is very sweet and not subtle. My favorite is Cointreau, because of it's dry and subtle flavor. You can also try Cointreau on strawberries.
usually mixes come in two sizes, 1 quart and 2 quart, some may also be 1 gallon (usually commercially sold, not retail). Depending on the mix the usual quantity is 2 parts or 3 parts to one (essentially twice or three times as much mix as liquor). The typical bottle of liquor is 750 ml, as you mention (this is not a fifth, a fifth is 908 ml, or 1/5 imperial gallon), erroneously referred to as a fifth, meaning approximately 1/5 a US gallon, (actually slightly more). So the amount of mix you would use is about 1 1/2 liters to 2 1/4 liters, for a 750 ml bottle of tequila. A good margarita recipe not using a mix is 1 ounce tequila, juice of 1/2 a lime, 1/2 ounce simple syrup (50/50 sugar and water). mix the ingredients in a shaker with ice, strain into a salted margarita glass, float a splash of Cointreau on top of the drink and garnish with a twist of lime. For a frozen margarita two jiggers of mix, 1 shot of tequila mixed with a glass of shaved ice, and a splash of Cointreau.
