There's no real specific answer for this question. It depends where you are, really. Geographically and otherwise. I remember in High School (I went to an odd high school on a university campus) we had a soda machine in our break room, but there was another school two floors down that had a soda machine as well. Their Mt. Dew was ten cents cheaper, so apparently even elevation comes into play.
