The short answer is NO, it will not cause a miscarriage. This is an urban legend and a poor one at that. For a more detailed explanation from Planned Parenthood, see:

Think about it this way, pickles contain vinegar and pregnant women love pickles (or so the stereotype goes) If vinegar caused miscarriages, would pregnant women continue to eat pickles (would we have the stereotype)?
No but it can cause fetal damage, pre-term labor and many other things in the fetus if you do it every day. Drinking JD when pregnant is out of the question. If you try to induce a miscarriage you have to see a doctor.
If you really had a miscarriage, you can't still be pregnant, but you could be pregnant again before you get your next period.
probably you were pregnant and had a miscarriage
Yes.
Yes, You could get pregnant whether you have regular periods or not. But, If you have your period and you get pregnant it could lead to a miscarriage.
Have your doctor do another quantitative hCG - but if you haven't had another period it sounds like you could be pregnant.
yes you could be pregnant.
I certainly hope so. We are tying just 1 week after our miscarriage. I have heard of people getting pregnant right away.
i suggest you go to the doctor.
yes but only a bit if there is lots then there could be a problem or it might be a miscarriage
yes
If the doctor examined you after the miscarriage you are not pregnant anymore. He would've caught it. It takes several weeks for the hormones to settle so that might be it or you are pregnant again.
