There are a great many cards that can be used for telling fortunes.
The most commonly recognized would be the Tarot.
Tarot has been around for centuries and can be purchased in most of the big-box book stores.
They usually come in a pretty boxed set with the cards, a brief manual on how to lay out various "readings" and how to interpret the various cards.
I am certain you can find them on-line as well, again from any place that sells books.
While looking for the cards I recommend you pick up a good instruction book on how to read the cards; a two or three page manual is not going to get you enough information to do this right.
The more modern Tarot come in so many different forms that it is sometimes difficult to recognize them any longer as Tarot.
There are also cards that have been developed in the last couple of decades that can be used. For example: Angel cards, Raven cards, Phoenix cards, etc.
Just for the record, you can tell fortunes with an ordinary deck of paying cards, any good book on cardomancy can explain how.
