I'm sorry to cast a shadow but No - they don't dream of you as well.

Dreams are a projection of what lay deep within your own Mind.

If you think about someone, even for a second, then their memory embeds within your mind and even when their seemingly out of mind, they are still there, in a subtle state.

And dreams project the subtle states.

So as much as I myself wish that those I dream of - dream of me - it just doesn't happen.

It is independent.

You very may fall in love with someone during a dream,

So it is by its nature that God Himself brings you the love,

So hope that God helps them dream about you too ;)

No; it is not true that dreaming about someone means that person is also dreaming about you. Dreams originate within the mind of the dreamer, and, like private thoughts within one's own mind, no other person can magically hear, see, sense or influence one's dreams.

This is a very unlikely event to occur but it can happen

No. Dreams occur within the mind of each individual. Just as everyone's thoughts are private and cannot be "heard" by anyone else (in spite of claims of so-called mind-readers,) dreams cannot be heard, shared or transmitted magically from one person's head to another's. On the other hand, if you have been spending time with a special person, sharing interests and activities, it is very natural to dream about each other. But the dreams are not connected in any way.

It can happen on occasion. This is not always the case it can be your subconscious reminding you of someone that is on your mind, this can be prevalent when you have other more pressing issues/thoughts to contend with in your consciousness and unable to consider the person you are having thoughts about in your subconscious resulting in dreams of them manifesting during dream state.

It also possible to dream about someone who is thinking about you, again this isn't a constant but can happen. Not enough research has been carried out to see if this possible by mere coincidence only or if it is a actual phenomenon.

No, of course not. This should be immediately obvious for the following reason: It's possible for you to dream about Adolph Hitler, but he won't be dreaming about you because a) he probably doesn't even know you and b) he's dead.

Most of the time, no. However, it is very possible that they have had a dream about you, because the mind cannot create faces. Every face you dream about you have seen. So, if you have seen them, they have probably seen you, and there is a possibility that have/will dream about you. It may not be in a sexual/love way, but they can dream about you.

No; although this is a widespread belief, it is only a superstition with no basis in fact. Your dreams only reflect your own thoughts and feelings. There is no way that another person's thoughts and feelings can magically get into your head while you are sleeping.

No. It usually means that you have a crush on this person or if it was about a close friend or family member then it means you have a good relationship with this person and are very close.

Most likely, no. I think when we have a dream about someone that person we dreamd about might be thinking about you?

No, that is widespread myth with no basis in truth. My wife always dreams about me and I never dream about her.
