"The Monkey's Paw" is a horror short story by W.W. Jacobs in which the paw grants three wishes to its owner, with unexpected and tragic consequences. The main crime of the paw is tempting people to make wishes that ultimately lead to their downfall by twisting the wish fulfillment in a sinister way. The story serves as a cautionary tale about the consequences of tampering with fate and the dangers of greed.

You follow the rainbow to the pot of gold where you will make three wishes. You must use one of the wishes to gain entrance into the wonderous ever grand city.
Monkeys make sounds with their mouth, much like humans do. Monkeys make all different kinds of sounds depending on their moods.
Some fairy tales that involve making wishes include "Aladdin and the Magic Lamp," where Aladdin uses a magical lamp to make wishes, and "The Fisherman and His Wife," where a fish grants wishes to the poor fisherman and his wife. Another example is "The Three Little Pigs," where the pigs each make a wish for protection from the Big Bad Wolf.

It is a rather disturbing allegory on the ( Three wishes) or ( people always make bad choices) theme which has been used on shows as diverse as Twilight Zone and others of that type. The plot is similar to that about the Chinese Fisherman, the talking fish, and three wishes. It could be argued as a lesson against democracy ( people will make bad choices) and possibly anti-gambling though gambling does not figure in the plot at all. ( unlike Titanic) so it goes. No Like Monkey Paw.
Egg whites make it fluffy and soft.
