It will turn into a werewolf fully and cant turn back into a person.
OR... Vampwolf! A Werewolf that can fly, turns back into a vampire during non-full-moon nights (and days) drinks your blood, and if it drinks your blood, you become a rather lupine vampire, but if it bites you and doesn't suck your blood, you become another Vampwolf.
Immediately following the bite, you will experience an overall sense of enlightenment and clarity. Then, little by little, your body will begin to tingle, beginning in your toes and going up all the way to the head. When the tingling stops, an unmistakable feeling of dread will develop in the pit of your stomach, a sign that the evil transmitted to you through the bite is beginning to take hold. When the feeling of dread starts, you have exactly three minutes to take the antidote (peach pit nectar). Without the antidote, the evil takes over, and you will become a vampire yourself over the next 72 hours.
First of all, vampires and werewolves don't exist. That being said, I would say instant explosion of the person as werewolves and vampires are at odds with each other and would not be able to exist in the same person.
To become a vampire requires a protracted and delicate process with the victim dying in just the right way.
To become a werewolf requires a single bite with no further attention.
On becoming a werewolf the victim experiences a improvement in his immunity defense system.
Therefore the werewolf infection would win out.
Elves are supernatural beings, so they would not die or become vampires like humans. Also in the original Norse and Germanic sagas they were seen as bringers of disease, so the vampire might end up in bed with a high temperature and all kinds of unpleasant-looking sores and rashes. But the whole question is completely theoretical, as vampires and elves do not exist.
In reality vampires do not exist, they are mythological/fictional characters. Vampire bats do, but they do not turn into vampires. According to the movies, if you bite a vampire, you either die or you become a vampire yourself.
Then the dog Will turn Into a VampDog. that's a Bit logical right?
