Practitioners of Vodun (the real name for "Voodoo") worship the same God as Christians, Muslims, and Jews. They just believe different things about Him/Her.
They believe in lesser gods whose standing is somewhat similar to Angels, called Orishas or Vodun. The word "vodun" means "the spirits" or "the spirits of nature". The Vodun embody the various forces of nature.
Practitioners of Vodun and related faiths in Africa and the diaspora believe that God is truly infinite, unfathomable, and all-powerful. They understand that mere mortal humans cannot possibly relate to Him/Her. So instead of asking Him/Her to override the forces of nature (which would be a blasphemous implication that He/She makes mistakes), they approach the forces of nature to help them to solve problems or just to show thankfulness for blessings or lessons learned.
In Haitian Voudou, a type of Vodun practiced in the diaspora, the lesser gods are called loa. They use the images and attributes of Catholic saints to represent them. The integration of Catholic saint Image in Voudou goes back to the colonial period. The whites forbade the slaves to practice their ancestral faiths and the Catholic religion was imposed on them. So in order to serve the spirits and not get caught by their masters, they integrated Catholic saints' images into the religion to show the masters that they were praying to the saints that they were required to, when in fact, deep inside their hearts ,they were praying to the gods they really belived in.
They are not small gods rather big gods

You do not need a scroll to obtain Voodoo Dolls. Most people make their own voodoo dolls, or they can be purchased.
Well, maybe is it an electric doll that can talk? Maybe it is, I have had my own encounters with a "speaking" doll. Because some people did voodoo on dolls. I believe. But its ok!
Because God's all in favour of free will. He wants people to make their own choices and believe what they want to believe.
If you choose to believe in a God, then you have to believe that everyone is made by this God as they are supposed to be. Otherwise you are saying that this God makes mistakes. Anyone who says differently is giving you their opinon based on their own feelings or fears.
Some people believe in a god or gods. Certain stages of life, they believe, have significance to theirs god(s) and to their own journey through life.
Some people refuse to believe that they are not in control. People that believe in evolution don't see a need for God. They feel that because they can't see God there must not be a God.
Yes
It depends on your opinion. My opinion is that God created the Earth but other people believe differently its all up to your own beliefs.
Anyone can learn Voodoo. The best way is to be taught by a Houngan or Mambo. But, you can also do your own research online and through books.
There is no concrete evidence or scientific consensus on the existence of a god or gods. Belief in a god or gods is subjective and varies among individuals and cultures. Therefore, it is more accurate to say that people create their own beliefs in gods, rather than a god creating people who believe in them.
A:Some people do claim to know the mind of God, but I doubt it. The possible reasons God does not hate gay people:God does not exist;God understands gay people and does not believe they are doing wrong;God realises that, as creator, the existence of gays is his own responsibility;God is forgiving.
