Can the devil have a son?

Not in the same physical sense as when "Christ became flesh."

However... mankind became "Satan's adopted children" the day that Adam and Eve chose to obey and worship him. In that sense, all of mankind is "Satan's family."

Even those whom God is calling out of the world were once the Devil's children:

"And you hath He quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins; wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, THE SPIRIT THAT NOW WORKETH IN THE CHILDREN OF DISOBEDIENCE: among whom also WE ALL HAD OUR CONVERSATION [conduct, by which we all busied ourselves] IN TIMES PAST in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others." (Eph.2:1-3)

So, no... Satan cannot beget children in the physical sense that God the Father did in Jesus Christ, His Son... and doesn't have a "flesh-born son."

But, Satan has the whole world and the "children of men" at his beck and call, that The Bible calls the "children of disobedience." They live in disobedience to God's Commandments [in sin]... and are "spiritually" the "weeds" among the "seeds" of God's Children.

"The field is the world; the good seed are the Children of the Kingdom; but the TARES ARE THE CHILDREN OF THE WICKED ONE: the enemy that sowed them IS THE DEVIL..." (Matt.13:38-39).

"For this ye know, that no whoremonger, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, hath any inheritance in the Kingdom of Christ and of God. Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the CHILDREN OF DISOBEDIENCE.

"Be not ye therefore partakers with them. For YE WERE SOMETIMES DARKNESS, but NOW ARE YE LIGHT IN THE LORD: walk as CHILDREN OF LIGHT..." (Eph.5:5-8).

The Devil has many children... but, no "son."

Yes, it is very possible that the devil could have a son. There is no possible way to ever know until the end of days begin.

Im pretty sure that the devil is a decended angel who was basically kicked out of heaven. I dont belive in hell or the devil though.
