No. What people are reporting is probably a coyote a dog or possibly a small wolf that has mange and the dead dog-like creatures people report finding on their doorsteps and on and in their yards and that people have shot are probably an animal with mange. There is no such thing as a chupacabra.
However, in spite of the lack of scientific evidence, the chupacabra has spawned extensive folklore, so the belief in them is strong in some areas.
No one is sure. The chupracabra is said to live in Mexico, while there have been sightings and evidence suggesting that it can also be in Texas. There is footage, and there have been "bodies" found, but no one is sure if it really exists. There are several theories, so do research if it intrests you. You'll find a lot!

Nobody knows how long a chupacabra is, they are told to be Myths. Nobody knows if they are real, sorta like aliens.
It is a fictional animal in Hispanic culture and not real.
A) The Chupacabra is a cryptid, not a species. B) There is no proof, so it may or may not be real.
