One of the most popular beach resorts in Northern Mindanao is in the municipality of Initao, Misamis Oriental, Philippines which is the Midway White Beach Resort Initao. Other beach resort in the municipality is the Don Arc Poblete Beach Resort and Esmeralda Beach.
i'm not sure about exact milage of the distance between initao and malaybalay city but i use to trudge this path when i studied in malaybalay a few years ago but i can give the estimated time arrival though. Initao to cagayan de Oro is 45 minutes to one hour bus ride. From Cagayan de Oro to Malaybalay its two to three hours bus ride. Hope this gives you an idea.
The Philippines have only two seasons and not four like the other countries because the Philippines is located near the equator. Since the the part where the equator is found is hot and the Philippines is located near the equator, the Philippines is considered as a tropical country which is ideal for us. This is because the spot where the Philippines lies is not very hot and not very cold. Meaning if it is not really cold and not really hot obviously the other seasons cannot happen in the Philippines like winter. this is because it is not cold enough in the Philippines to form snow like the other countries.
The Philippines lies between about 10 and 15 degrees north of the Equator.
Its near the equator
15degrees
south.
s far at the equator colder than contries near the equator
The Philippines and other tropical countries near the equator experiences only two seasons - wet and dry. Countries located far above or far below the equator, such as the United States and England, experience four seasons.
The Philippines and other tropical countries near the equator experiences only two seasons - wet and dry. Countries located far above or far below the equator, such as the United States and England, experience four seasons. It's because they're closer to the equator.
Townsville is approximately 1,191 kilometers (740 miles) south of the equator.
Because Philippines is above the Equator that is directly heated by the sun....:)
