The best way to travel from Windsor to Toronto is on Greyhound Bus Lines. A Greyhound bus ticket from Windsor to Toronto will cost approximately $43.40 - $80.80depending on the fare type selected. The price of a bus ticket depends on the fare type purchased (example: refundable, non-refundable, return, one-way). Price confirmation can be obtained online or through your local Greyhound Operator.
Very uncomfortably. :-)
Seriously, there are local bus carrier's such as Greyhound bus lines, among others which will provide scheduled travel from Toronto to Kitchener.
A normal 1 hour travel time by car is extended to a 3 hour bus ride however. Which is not optimal for commuting.
A non-refundable return ticket would average between $20 - $25 for adult, depending on the date of travel.
I am sure there are other bus services available, but pricing and which company I am not aware of. I know Greyhound will have many local drop off points, which may be more ideal for someone.
Hope this helps.

Using VIA rail will improve the commute time with the added bonus of leaving from Union Station. In Kitchener, the primary bus station and train station are not very far apart so it makes little difference in that manner.
