If humans have lived in the prehistoric times carnivorous dinosaurs would eat humans it does not matter if they are bigger or smaller thsn the human and sooner or later humans wouldhave gotten extinct.

Pterodactylus only had a 5 foot wingspan and weighed only ounces or at most a couple of pounds, so it was too small and not strong enough to kill a human. Secondly, its diet consisted of small animals, insects, and fish, so it probably wouldn't even scavenge on a person.

Any dinosaurs that could have eaten humans died out long before we evolved. The only remaining dinosaurs are birds, and there is no documented case of a bird killing and eating a human.
