yes its really bad. its almost as bad as excessive eating which most people dont know. if you start this it becomes very hard to stop, like smoking. if you do manage to stop youll find you bacome very critical about the food you eat and start not eating different types of foods needed as a daily intake. this will lead again to starving yourself. when you starve yourself you also lose lots of kilojules which can be bad if you lose too many because of max energy losses which can lead to headaches, tiredness and in somke bad cases, passing out. Yes it is very dangerous to starve yourself because it could lead to heart, muscle, and other internal organ problems and can become fatal if continued, i suggest getting medical attention and start eating. Yes.
if u under eat it will honestly just make u fatter because your body is used to the amount you usually eat n if u eat hardly anything your body will just start to put on more weight..but if you are fat then i would sugest goin on a diet or loking up on the internet or magizines the healthiest diet recomended!! xx luv u always
