I think you've been feed it way too much grain than what it needs. You probably were told by someone that cows need grain, and didn't listen to the other part of the equation that cows need to have hay and grass to eat. Also, it's likely that you haven't provided enough exercise for your pet cow: they need space to move around too, and can't just be kept in a stall all its life.
She is unable to eructate, or belch out the gases in her rumen. This is usually cause by foamy build up from eating too much high concentrate feeds or feedstuffs that are high in starch and protein, which commonly comes from clover, alfalfa, grain or even rich green grass. She either needs to be tubed with mineral oil or dish detergent, or have a trocar inserted into the rumen wall from the outside to help her release the gases that have built up. Now would be a good time to start, if she's not dead already.
