When you are dehydrated, your cells try to take water from other parts of the body. The problem is, then those selfish parts take all of it leaving another part of the body in need of water. This happens until all of the bodies water it almost used up. Then the organs start shutting down, but by this point you should either A. Be passed out and dying or B. In the hospital. So basically, Drink water. LOTS and LOTS and LOTS of water.

a cell loses water by osmosis when this happens the cell shrivels up. This normally happens when a cell is placed in a hypertonic (higher total concentration of solutes) solution. the water diffuses out of the cell, causeing the cell to shrivel.

when the body loses water, it becomes subject to the adverse effects of dehydration and the person will get tired, losing the calories necessary for doing works, it may even lead to stroke and consequent death. In fact, more than 75% of our blood is water. Water when taken regularly has the quality of purifying blood now and again. The loss of water will also make the blood impure, unsuitable for the proper functioning of the brain.

How fast does a body lose heat in cold water?

The rate at which a body loses heat in cold water depends on factors like water temperature, body size, clothing, and fitness levels. In general, the body loses heat much faster in water than in air because water conducts heat more efficiently, and cold water can lead to hypothermia quickly if exposed for an extended period without protection.
