If you want to stay healthy then you should
EAT: salads, cottage cheese, fish not fried, yogurt, fruit salad, vegetables (no butter or salt), tuna, chicken noodle soup, tomato soup, subway Sandwiches.
NOT EAT: fast food, fried food, greasy food (examples: no wings, pizza, mac and cheese or to much bread), anything starch, nuggets, fried chicken, and especially don't eat junk food like chips or too much sweet stuff like cake, cookies, pies, or brownies.
Drink: water, milk, goat milk, Orange Juice, apple juice
Not Drink: sodas, Gatorade, coffee, fruit punch, Kool-Aid
To continue good health, one should refrain from all refined sugars, (natural sugar is fine, but in moderation), forego coffee, black or caffeine type teas, soda and even processed energy drinks. Drink plenty of water (more than any other liquid). If you insist upon drinking milk, make it fat-free, organic ... goat's milk is better for you, if you must have it, but you don't require milk after having mother's milk as a infant thru 18 mos. It is possible to achieve good health without it, despite what the Dairy Board states. And you may save yourself Allergies, congestion and a host of other illnesses with relation to the lungs. Cow's milk is contains nutrients to support the growth of a baby cow, not a human being; it's cacin content is too high for human consumption. Natural herbal sun teas or hot teas made from fresh herbs will also do wonders. Eat plenty of fresh fruit, vegetables, some organic meats as in chicken, beef, and fish. Stick to 100% whole wheat bread, but do stay away from white bread. Remember that white flour, even white rice breaks down into sugar and therefore, is not ideal for anyone. Also, you can make paste out of white flour and water and your colon can become that of a glue pot after years of consumption. Set good health examples while young, as the current diet is this hurried world is and will always be the breeding ground for illness and disease, just look around you. Know where your food comes from. Learn early and avoid what many have not.

You should cook foods you enjoy eating and that you know how to cook.
"What is eating you?" is the same as asking someone "What is upsetting you?" - should that someone be sulking or appear annoyed.
