What makes us fat and thin is simply what you eat, for a healthy diet you need a balanced diet, meaning that you need food from all 7 different food groups:
carbohydrates, fats, minerals, proteins, vitamins, fibre and water!!
you need to be careful in what you eat because what you may need may not be what someone else needs. Like if your obese you will obviously need alot of vitamins, fibre and minerals but say if you were really thin then you would be looking on eating more fats....
So basically what makes us fat or thin depends on what we eat and the amounts of that AND if we really need it!!
Not eating healthy, binge eating, eating too much, late night snacking, and not getting enough exercise can make you obese.
