this may not answer your question but there is no quick way to get pecs but you can gradually build them up over time with a workout plan the best thing to do is bench press push ups and inverted press. it would be better to do these things with free weight although machine works just fine if you cant afford free weights then just go to your local gym and start your work outs there. eat more food with protein and calcium consume more calories a day but make sure they are healthy calories. drind 3-4 Liters if water a day and you should have your pecs in about 3 months
