This doesn't answer your question, but nuts are full of great fat, so you shouldn't worry so much about the fat content. You need fat to survive, so cut out most of the "bad" fats, and feel free to eat almost any nut you like, they are great for you.

Also, polyunsaturated fat lowers your HDL and LDL cholesterol, whereas monounsaturated fat lowers only your LDL cholesterol. So mono is healthier, but both are great for you in the right amounts, and nuts are full of them :)

Nuts contain good fats that help the fight against weight loss.
