You should be anywhere between 110 and 130 (healthy weight, but anything 5lbs over would be fine as long as your fit and healthy) depending on your bone mass, genes, etc. I'm your height and age, and I weigh 116lbs, just to give you an idea. Hope that helps!

Well I'm 16, 5'4, and 121lbs. For girls my age and height (where I live), its pretty average. I look smaller though because I have a lot of muscle, but the weight seems around average.
