There have been many people, who did not eat at all. One woman in Germany did not eat for over 30 years. A yogi for over 70 years.
We are all made of LIGHT (Genesis 1:3). Light & shadow give snap shots (Commandment #2 - nothing "graven", or Fixed). Thus essentially, all is fleeting. Once you have become fully aware that Everything is made by, of and for The Absolute One, called God, who plays all the roles and is our puppet-master, you need no longer keep up the physical process of eating "things" that are essentially light, too.
At first, you will become hungry, unless you have effectively been fasting for some time.
Then your body will progressively start to eat itself, consuming any muscles and fat, and then eventually even vital organs, poisoning you to death.
It is a far better idea to find a diet plan, approved by medical experts. If you can't afford this, I suggest that regular exercise and a second hand diet handbook will be a good start
When you stop eating, your body will kick into survival mode, Causing your body to go into a state of hibernation; Slowing all bodily functions and in turn, Making your body resort to feeding off of Fat Cells for your organs to continue to live. When your body is forced to live off of stored fat, Internal damage is caused; Damage to all organs and cells. Along with "Slowed bodily functions", You breathe less, Choking your brain as well.
Which in-turn can lead to later problems in many forms, as well as Death if the extent of not eating is too much.

-hormones shut down, meaning that they can't ever get pregnant and the period stops.
-Eventually hunger stops kicking in because the body needs to use the energy to keep the vital organs protected, and to keep you awake. (There are many other reasons too). This is dangerous because it increases the desire to stop eating to lose weight, however, your body then binge eats at the next meal time to regain energy very quickly and causes you to gain weight quickly.
-Osteoporosis because your body cannot support you, which puts a huge stress on your joints.
-Electrolyte imbalance, which can actually kill you.
-Regular fainting
-Inability to do any kind of exercise without feeling exhausted.
-Irritability, anger and feelings of stress.
-Break downs in relationships with family and friends.
-Feeling very isolated and lonely
-Hair loss
-dry and scaly skin
-Feeling very depressive.

There is always fat stored up in your body, in fat cells. If you stop eating fats then the fat stored up in your body starts to get used. You start using it for energy and stuff. When that fat gets finished, then you become thin. You won't store any energy and you will use up the energy stored, this means you will get very tired
