You can eat any amount of fruits and vegetables but avoid apples, bananas and potatoes. They are rich in calories. All other fruits & vegetables have little calories but are very rich in fiber.

Avoid anything that is fried/roasted. Oil = Calories

Avoid excess sugar or sweets. Sugar = Very High Calories

Avoid white rice. Use brown rice or wheat instead.

Avoid soft drinks. Drink fresh fruit juices instead.
