you should drink lots of water. i used to be obese, but now i am very slim because i cut back on my eating. i was eating healthy foods, but still gaining the weight. i did some research and found that the portions i was consuming were three times bigger than the normal human person. look into a weight loss system that controls portions. it will surely work. good luck!!!
