noodles are not very good source of protein because it is made out of refined flour of wheat which has higher composition of sugars when compared to protein. it is not a very good source of protein as egg, white meat and pulses. moreover noodles are high in fat the flowing consistency can be obtained only through dipping in fat. make it healthy with eggs added and avoid consuming it in excess.
