Your goal is not a *WEIGHT.* Your goal should be feeling fit and being at the top of your game. Your goal should be being *HEALTHY.* If you are, you're at the right weight. Whatever that weight is.
Now, if your goal is to be more buff, that's another issue entirely. I like to be fit, but I don't want a lot of bulk. That's fine for me, that's my goal. If you want more than fit, go for it! If you want to bulk up, do so. Have fun. Do it smart and gradually. Eat right for your exercise goals. Don't try using packaged powders or chemicals. Talk to a trainer or check out the web for a lot of good advice on how to eat right while training. Make a serious plan and stick to it. Set realistic goals. Make your workout a PART of your life, not your WHOLE life.
But, again, your GOAL is looking the way you want to look (realistically). It's NOT a specific weight. If you like the way your arms are cut and your legs are strong and your six pack is the envy of all you survey, cool. Be happy. If you have energy and a good mood and you aren't killing yourself achieving your goals, then you ARE achieving your goals.
In this as in all body-related things, your goal is always being healthy, feeling fit, and feeling good. Your goal should never be a number, or a fashion, or someone else's idea of what you should look like.
Your body is your home. Treat it nice and respect it. Be healthy.
54 pounds if that is the case then gain weight like 50 pounds eat now go
Babies usually weigh around 7 pounds. Weight of baby has not much to do on how much the mother gains. ex: if you gain 20 lbs the baby will weigh on the average 7 pounds. You can gain 30 pounds and the baby will prob weigh about 7 pounds.
It depends on how tall you are. There are websites that calculate your body mass index
yes, that sounds right about perfect... u could even gain weight
Yes! It's not too bad, but I would gain just a few pounds. Hope this helped!!
less than 95 pounds because 2000 calories maintains your weight less calories lets you lose weight more calories lets you gain weight
That is a perfect weight. Older people tend to gain more weight, so you are perfect.
if you weigh 145 pounds your daily calorie intake should regularly be around 2175 calories, so if you are active and have a high metabolism you should consume at least 3000 a day.
How much weight you gain during your pregnancy depends on how much you weighed prior to getting pregnant. If you were at a healthy weight prior to getting pregnant, you should gain 25-35 pounds during pregnancy. This breaks down to 1-5 pounds during the first trimester, and approximately 1 pound a week for the remaining duration of your pregnancy. So, at 18 weeks, you should have gained 6-10 pounds by now. If you are overweight, you should only gain 15-25 pounds during your pregnancy, if you are obese, you should only gain 11-20 pounds. However, if you are underweight, you should gain 28-40 pounds during your pregnancy. If you are having more than one baby, the amount of weight you should gain is higher. Your doctor will be monitoring your weight gain. If you have any questions or concerns, make sure you discuss it with your doctor at your next appointment.
yes, each year you should gain about 8-10 pounds, 12 year olds are growing so they will gain weight which is perfectly natural.
What are you talkin about im also thirteen and if you wiegh that much u are uderwieght and if you want to lose weight talk to a doctor. If you are 13 and 5' 3" and 86 pounds you are underweight. I think you should be at least 100 pounds. I am 13 and 4' 10" and I weigh 100 pounds and my doctor says I'm not overweight. When I was 12, I was 4' 7" and weighed 86 pounds and that was just right. What im saying is that you should be 86 pounds when you're 4' 7", not 5' 3". When my mom was a teenager she was 5' 1" and 90 pounds and she was underweight You do not need to lose weight at all. More like, gain weight... I am 14 and I'm 5'1'' or 5'2'' [short, I know.] and I weigh 85 or 86 pounds, which my doctor says is underweight. I've been advised to gain weight, not lose it.
no it is not bad to gain that much weight in 3 years but you should try to eat more heathy because in 2008 i weighed 96 pounds and I weigh 154 pounds now and I get made fun of alot :[
