Very few foods have both no carbohydrates and no fat, or even low levels of both. And a diet containing no fat would quickly make a person very ill (eventually they would die) as the body needs some fat to function properly. Unlike protein and fats, there is no minimum requirement of carbohydrate in order to flourish physically.
