Ermm no not really fat i wouldn't say everyone is different and depending on your height etc it could be perfectly healthy. You should visit your GP is you are concerned about your weight and have an overall health check, ask what your BMI is and you can find out from that if you are over weight or not.
well people say a 14 year old should be between a 28 and 32 waist which is bull crap i think your fine im 14 and i have a 36 waist and its a bit roomy but your fine. theres a kid i know who is 12 and has a 42 waist so your fine and you are NOT fat
