bread may not look fatty or high in calories but believe me it is really bad if you are trying to lose weight. even brown bread. it bloats you and it just makes you feel sluggish. there is a weightwatchers bread which i havn't tried myself but maybe is ok. personally i would just cut out bread altogether but if you really can't live without it then i'd give the weightwatchers one a try, hope i helped and good luck :)

The peanut butter sandwich forfeit! you buy cheap bread, peanut butter and jam (jelly) and the person doing the forfeit has to be in theuir underwear and put in a sandwich. one side of them is bread and peanut butter and the other side is bread and jam (jelly) hope this helps!
Well in general white bread is the most commonly eaten and is not as health as other types of bread like whole wheat ones, jam is fairly okay as well good source of energy before a run which I usually eat if I don't have time to cook
