easy i just did this between may to sept 1st. No bread no pasta, no potatoes no rice, no starchy food no sweets. meet and vegetables and mediocre amount of fruit plus 1 to 2 hours working out a day 5-6 days of the week. including cardio. went 263 to 205 may 4th to sept 1st

It depends. If you are obese, then its fine, but if your not, then you shouldn't lose more than one stone in one month. In a healthy way it should be about a little more than half a stone a month. In four months it is healthy to lose about 2 stones and a third.

Oh yes, that wouldn't be safe at all. Apart from that I really don't know if it'd even be possible on anything resembling a sensible diet. Something like 2-3 lbs/week is far more reasonable.
