No. You're on the higher side of normal. You would have to gain about 7 pounds to be considered over weight. And lose 15 to be exactly in the middle. If you want to be normal but nearly underweight you would want to lose 25 pounds. Please dont do more than that. You're healthy and don't need to have a complex.

I believe that depends on her height and body frame and musculature, but 127 does not seem excessive at all. A persons overall health does not just depend on weight, it includes a healthy diet and regular exercise to stay fit and strong. Also this may not be what you asked, but a spiritual relationship with God and family and friends helps a person stay healthy.
