only a little most 11-13 year old should be around 90-115 not realy higher but its not that bad.

I have to say it is perfectly healthy because i am 11 and weigh 161.6 ad my doctor says i am perfectly healthy.

NO! Calculate your BMI! (just do an internet search and this should come up and many websites will explain to you what it is). I know that this falls in to the healthy weight range. Also, you should just make sure eat healthy and exercise 3 to 5x a week. It can be fun to do a dance workout video with friends (or alone) and most library's have these you can rent for free or you could always go on a run, join a sports team at school, or many other things. Also, strength training is important. This means things like lifting weights or yoga/pilates. This exercise will help you maintain a healthy weight (which you are at) as well as maybe tone up if you'd like a flatter tummy or cuter butt.

Doesn't sound like it. I'm only 17 and I weigh 185-190 pounds and 6-foot 4 and a half. But you should really consult a doctor about it.
