This depends on many different factors. Are you male or female? How much muscle mass do you have? There are many ways to check but using an old way that I remember without using a BMI (body mass index), if your a male take inches over 5 feet times 6 (9*6) and add 106 (54 + 106). As a male, your ideal weight is 160 lbs. I don't remember for female, but I believe it's the same except multiplied by 5 instead of 6.

Assuming you're an adult, your ideal weight is 149 pounds. Normal weight range is 125-168 pounds. These numbers will be higher if you do a lot of body building and have a larger-than-average amount of muscle mass.
