Not all weight is fat. Some weight is made up off muscle and water. It really depends what percentage of fat is in your body. This is why big wrestlers weigh over two hundred pounds but they don't look like they have a inch of fat on them. Of course most of them are known for doing steroids but other than that no fat at all. It really depends on how much fat you have to consider if your fat.
58 kg is approximately 9 stone and 2 pounds.

To convert 58 kilograms to stones, you would divide by 6.35029318 (1 kilogram is approximately 0.157473 stones). So, 58 kg is about 9.13 stones. To convert the remaining decimal to pounds, you would multiply by 14 (1 stone is 14 pounds), giving you approximately 9 stones 2.8 pounds.
