Yes. If you are working out and gaining muscle tone, then it is reasonable that you may gain a little weight (a few pounds) or not lose as much weight as you normally would have if you were just losing "fat" weight. It is good that you are losing fat! In addition, you may be putting on some water weight as your body adjusts. This will go away completely within a few weeks or so. If this is not the case, and you are losing "fat" but still gaining weight, you may want to see a nutritionist or doctor to find out why that would be happening. Absent of that, there is nothing wrong with gaining a few pounds of muscle as you lose fat.
theres no need to worry , its ok to quit gaining weight at the end of your pregnancy. But u may need to ask a few other people about this
ok and
If you are concerned about your health or weight, you should go and see a qualified medical practitioner (a Doctor) who will be able to tell you if there is a problem (and if there is what to do about it). The internet is OK for background medical information but if you have something wrong with you, you need to see a Doctor.
is 85 kg wt and 5'9 ht ok?
My weight is 114 pounds but it's OK I'm just tall! if you think your fat your not. your maybe just tall. I'm 9 if you know. I'm the tallest in my class!
Ok. Here's the deal. Lose weight.. stay on a diet and excersise everyday! Not to do when losing weight... ok. dont eat Junk and stick to your schedule. Good motivation.. Say "Don't give up! I am doing this for my family and I want to feel good about myself!" That'll do!
It's not your age that determines your acceptable weight, but rather your height and muscle to fat ratio. If you are tall and lean, 250 pounds is ok.
Its DEFINITELY not too big, but it may be too small. Try gaining a little until you are about 115 and it might help...
Ok, my weight is 119 pounds and im in 6th grade. i think you're pretty skinny cause im not fat. my height is 4.69 ft. im not sure if that's good or bad.
how many grams of fat is allowable
because it is ok
Yes, of course! Doesn't mean you're fat or anything. Could mean you have a heavy bone structure or lots of muscle. I'm around 169 and 50kg, my best friend is probably the same as you & she defs isn't fat! don't sweat about your weight!
