∙ 15y agoits not just drinking water that helps you to lose weight try drinking green tea but water is really good when u r trying to lose weight. and try doing lots of exercise and eat healthy foods and get a personel trainer to help you if you are strugling and always set your self a goal and keep motivated and commited to your goals.
