i'm dont think there is really a certain weight you have to be, i am 15 and 5'8 and half and i weight eight and a half stone..., when caculating this i am just over the under weight, which i am sure isn't true. Try going into boots and doing your weight height and BMi! hope this helps

This information applies only to fully grown adults, however, as children and adolescents are still growing and have yet to reach their set, adult heights. Also, the BMI is a very crude measure since it only considers height and weight but not body composition. Thus, a trained athlete may have a higher than normal BMI due to a high percentage of lean mass (muscle) compared to fat.

Ideally 120-135 lbs, but more if you're a serious athlete (like a hockey player or something- then maybe up to 145).
