I'm not an expert, but I've been to a new patient's health check and my doctor said I was a healthy weight. I'm the same as you, 14, 5'5. Apparently you should be from 110 to 140 pounds or 7.8 to 10 stone. I am also worried about my weight, and I'm 110.231 pounds. But I just freak out at things like that! Everybody saying: "Just eat healthily and do exercise", etc. I LOVE Zumba, cycling and swimming; and if you do, just follow your passions and you'll be fine! Also, just in case you're wondering, someone our age should eat about 1500-1600 calories per day. DON'T UNDEREAT. We girls need our calories for study and growth :) Lastly, don't worry about what other people say. I've always had a problem with this. Who cares what they think?
