On the other hand if your on weight watchers at 15 congratulations for making a serious effort to tackle your fitness and care about your health. You're already ahead of most teenagers. The weight watchers calculator is based highly on how much fat you consume. It is 3 points to every 10 grams of fat where carbs and protein are 1 point per 10 grams each. The quickest way to lose weight is actually to cut down on your fat intake, though it is not necessarily a 3 to 1 ratio to the other 2 sources of energy.
