1400 to 2600 grams of fat should a 10 year old girl should have on each day.
Around about 2100 calories a day, 90 grams of sugar, 80 grams of fat and about 30 grams of fibre, I'm no nutrionist but active girls need a LOT more. Peace, love and smoshy goodness!
I found out and I'm the person who asked the question. It is 130 grams of carbohydrates that are needed for anybody's brain to function (minimum number).
