Crunches won't make you lose belly fat. Crunches work the abdominal muscles and therefore help develop (grow) the abs. Furthermore there is no thing as spot removal (removing only belly fat) you can remove body fat and eventually fat will come off your belly. To remove fat you must reduce your caloric intake and do cardiovascular exercise
Sorry to say this, I don’t know what to do. As experts said; the recommended weight loss in a week is 2-3 pounds. According to this in one month we have to loss only 8-12 pounds, that too we can lose with healthy diet and exercises. With diet and exercises we can lose 30 pounds in a month but it’ not at all healthy. Only with the help of exercise we may not loss 30 pounds in a month, first of all our body cannot bare that much of stress.
it would take about 2 months and what you would have to do is watch what you eat and how much of it you eat. You would also have to exersize, like walk 2-3 miles a day and do as many crunches as you can until u are so worn out. By the crunches it would lose your stomack fat if you had that and by walking that would lose your waist size and your legs. Also eat only about 1200 calories in a day and keep it pretty healthy.

crunches will not lose body fat or weight. aerobic exercise such as running will reduce body fat. it takes 3500 calories to make a pound of fat. reduce your intake by 500 a day/7days = 3500. With exercise, you should lose a pound a week. p.s crunches or resistance work will only tone the muscle but fat will stil be over it.
