What is a quesidilla?
SIMPLE. A quesidilla is a tortilla: either flour or corn. It has melted cheese in it and sometimes it has chicken and vegetables in it. I my opinion, Taco Bell has the most delicious quesidillas! By the way, a quesidilla is usually griddle cooked. But I think, that as long as there's heat, you can cook a quesidilla. I put mine in the microwave and it turned out just fine! Just pop it in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Its delicious when the cheese oozes out. Make sure to put a small sauce container full of water next to your quesidilla when you put it in the microwave because if you don't, your quesidilla WILL harden. Make sure you also DON'T microwave it to long because it will also harden! My favorite brand of tortillas is "MISSION" because it neither corn or flour, it's both. The best cheese to use for your quesidilla is Monetary Jack, Cheddar, or American.
