Depends how you're going to do it.
If you exercise, preferably aerobic exercise, like running (I do 1.5 miles 3 times a day... which absolutely kills my legs after the third one...), you should see an initial INCREASE in weight, followed by a gradual decrease. I'm not sure what causes the increase, but the decrease is what we're after, so we'll look at that.
I have been doing steady exercise for about 4 weeks now, and I have gone down from 16.st 10.lb to 15.st 4.lb.
People tell me that eventually, the body will feel rather lethargic (tired), and start to undergo a process known as meiosis in the fat cells. Meiosis is a type of division in cells where it lowers the chromosomal amounts by half. According to my Biology textbooks, this would create sex cells, so I suppose that it isn't MEIOSIS that happens, but MITOSIS. Mitosis is a type of division where cells divide, but still have the same number of chromosomes.
Um... I think I've just described you getting MORE fat cells through excercise... I'm pretty sure I've gotten something wrong... Ah well, someone will answer this correctly eventually... :D Good luck with the weight loss!
Just to edit what your saying, if your body starts to get tired, then as you eat food it takes the food and stores it as fat, so even by dieting if you eat too little you will see yourself eventually stop losing weight and even sometimes gain weight, so even when dieting its always good to make 1 day every fortnight and treat yourself so your body doesnt go into this mode.
You could lose 3 stone, eating 500 calories a day in less than 3 months. But it is not advisable, in fact it is very dangerous.
Very low calories diets can damage your heart and you will likely lose a lot of muscle rather than fat, which will decrease your metabolism, meaning you will have to eat less just to maintain your weight.
The safest way to lose weight is to eat healthily, you can even lose weight without dieting, check out the link!
It depends on the weight of the person. However, eating only 100 to 500 calories per day will slow down your metabolism and make it harder for you to lose weight in the long term. In addition, you will be nutritionally compromised and that can lead to health problems. There are much, much better (and long-lasting) ways to lose body fat.
It is not possible to lose three stone in one day.
it would be really hard because you would have to lose 1 stone a week, people take tablets (weight loss ones) but they can effect you really badly, maybe 2 stones in a month is reasonable
A boy who is 13 years old can lose 3 stone with a proper diet and exercise. One stone equals 14 pounds.

It is recommended to lose 2-3 pounds per week. To lose 22 pounds, it may take you 10 weeks or more.
If you want to lose 3 stone, that is equivalent to 42 pounds. To lose this extra weight, you need to drink plenty of water, exercise, and focus on clean eating.
Hard work
suck machine....
Depends on your intake at the time.
the safest amount to lose in a week is about 1-2 pounds, which, if you lose around 2 pounds a week, can amount to half a stone a month and therefor you could probably lose a whole stone in about 2 months, 3 at the most I would say. You just need to limit your calorie intake to about 1200 and exercise about 3/4 times a week in half hour sessions in things such as cardio work (walking, weight etc) and perhaps funner things like dance :) but tbh ig youre losing more than 3 pounds a week, you should maybe add some calories onto your diet and cut a wee bit of exercise out to balance it out :)
This depends entirely on how committed a student is. Traditional schooling will usually take at least 3-4 years to learn very much. Rosetta Stone claims not to take as long.
a very long time 20 mins per game and only 1-3 zeal if you win lose or draw
