First, you cannot lose a significant amount of weight in an hour. Not unless you have surgery to strip away body fat. Some people think that if you sweat or pee or go into a sauna or hot tub and lose some water then you will lose a weight. However, this is only a little weight -- only ounces. When you again drink anything the weight is re-added because it is only liquid weight and not body fat that you lost. Other people think that throwing up after eating, getting Liposuction, starving yourself, and dehydrating yourself works. Those things do not work long term. They are all are very unhealthy. Moreover, those things just slow down you metabolism and make it harder for you to lose weight.
Do you want good results? Guess what? For the best results do either jump rope, or do cardio walking, or cardio running. In addition, eat veggies, some fruit such as berries, and quality protein. Also, exercise each day far a natural, healthy body. In addition, to stay healthy, get some natural sunlight each day and stay happy by talking with people you enjoy. It really gives a natural look. A great way to look and feel happy and healthy.
You can lose some by sweating, but you'd put it right back on as soon as you drank enough to stop being thirsty. Apart from that the only weight loss that can happen in that time is either by going to the toilet or surgery. You can lose weight in 30 minutes EACH day by jumping rope, hula hooping, walking, running, drinking water and eating healthy. You can do this by being active. dont expect to lose some weight that fast
Cut off your arm.
Sorry to say but the most you can lose healthily is 2 lbs a week.
Maybe you COULD lose 2 lbs in an hour, if you went to the bathroom. but that's water/waste weight and won't make a difference in your appearance.
Alternatively you could burn 3500 calories through exercise in an hour, although I'm not sure that's humanly possible. haha.
Apart from major surgical intervention to cut away chunks of body fat, you cannot lose a lot of weight in one hour.
As I knew we can lose weight in one hour by surgeries only, but it takes time to recover and you may get health risks. So assume that surgeries are unhealthy. But you are asking for healthy weight loss, that too in one hour. Finally dude… We cannot expect the healthy weight loss in one hour, we have to wait at least 1 week to find weight reduction.
You will lose weight but you could also become extremely unhealthy. It is better to gradually lose weight with a restricted calorie diet but with some balance.
if you want to be bulimic
Eat healthy and get at least an hour of physical activity.
Not unless you work out the whole 24 hour day.Are you that serious about losing weight? ;)
if you run the entire time, you could probably lose as much as half a pound. i think the temperature affects how much weight you lose though.
fast walking for half an hour and workouts for lower and upper body for half an hour dails will help you to reduce weight... try it!
One day, just to show one of my clients how much weight we typically 'gain' or 'lose' throughout the day, I weighed myself on the hour, every hour.
No, but you can lose weight by dancing to music. You must burn 3500 calories to lose 1 pound. There is no activity that you can perform that will burn 3500 calories in 1 hour.
Not a day. It will take about 1-2 weeks to lose weight, and then you need to be diciplined. Drink water - about a cup an hour to stop mass dehydration and exercise at the same time and then you should lose quite a bit of weight - in 2 weeks you can lose up to 15 lbs.
Your body needs calories to survive. To lose weight, cut your daily intake of calories by 500 and exercise for an hour 5-6 days a week. Ingesting more calories will not help you lose weight.
